| 摘 要： | 外包的本质是企业将非核心业务委托给专业公司,以便集中优势资源于核心业务。阐述了图书馆采编业务外包的成因,并从企业边界的两个基本理论——交易费用理论和组织能力理论论证了图书馆采编业务外包并没有为图书馆的发展带来任何优势,只能作为短期内实现硬性指标的选择。
