摘    要:研究了不同播量(31.5,45.0和58.5kg/hm^2)和不同刈割次数(每年1次,每年2次,每年3次)对老芒麦(Elymus sibiricus)栽培草地草产量及品质的影响。结果表明:播量对老芒麦再生性能、草产量和粗蛋白质产量影响极显著(P〈0.01),而对酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)和中性洗涤纤维(NDF)含量无显著影响,且各指标均在播量D2(45kg/hm^2)处理下表现最好。刈割次数则对其都有极显著的影响(P〈0.01),且各指标均在刈割次数CF2(2次)处理下表现最好。两者的互作对再生强度、草产量和粗蛋白质产量影响极显著(P〈0.01)。肃南牧区老芒麦人工草地的利用,在播量D2(45kg/hm^2),刈割次数CF2(2次)为宜,不仅再生性能好、干物质产量和粗蛋白质产量高,而且品质好。

Effect of seeding rate and mowing frequency on the yield and quality of Elymus sibiricus

Abstract:For studying the influence of different seeding rate and mowing frequency on the yield and quality of E. sibiricus,the experiment with three kind of seeding rates and five kinds of mowing frequencies studied the regeneration performance,yield and quality(crude protein, acid drought fiber(ADF) and neutral drought fiber(NDF)) of E. sibiricus. The result showed that there were the significant difference in the regeneration perform ance, hay and NDF, difference yield and crude protein under the different seeding rates(P〈0.01), no signficant difference in ADF The indicators were best under the seeding rate with the D2(45 kg/hm^2). There were the signficant in the indictors under the the different mowing frequencies(P〈0.01), the best performance were under the CF2(twice). Interactions between the seeding rate and mowing frequency had a high significant influenceon regeneration intensity, hay yield of crude protein(P〈0. 01). In general, the optimized combination of E. sibiricus in Sunan was the seeding rate (45 kg/hm^2)and the mowing frequency (twice per year).
