摘    要:以伊犁绢蒿为材料,采用盆栽育苗,齐苗后每盆保留幼苗4株,待幼苗长至6叶期时,进行干旱胁迫处理,连续干旱18d,分别于第0、6、12和18d及复水后第6d对其抗旱性部分生理生化指标进行研究,结果表明:随着胁迫强度的增加,叶片相对电导率,脯氨酸含量和丙二醛含量显著升高,光合作用显著下降,在第18d,叶绿素含量最小,其余各指标均达最大。伊犁绢蒿抗旱能力较强,适宜在干旱半干旱地区种植。

Abstract:Taking Seriphidium transiliense as the sample, the paper studied the drought resistance of the plant when it growen at six leaf stage. The treatment of drought resitance was continue 18 days. The samples were took on day 0,6,12,18 as well as day 6 after rewatering to test some physiological and biochemical indices.The resultes showed that,with increasing of drought stress,the relative conductivity,proline content and MDA content in leaf significantly increased, but,the photosynthesis decreased significantly. On day 18, the content of chloroplastid was lowest while other indicx were highest. Seriphidium transiliense displayed superior characteristics under drought stress which was suitable for growing in dry and semidry regions.
