去甲斑蝥素杀虫活性增效研究

摘    要:去甲斑蝥素具有明显的杀虫活性,研究其杀虫增效活性有利于开发利用该物质。通过去甲斑蝥素与毒死蜱混配以及5%去甲斑蝥素微乳剂的研制,采用浸叶法研究2种单剂、混剂和微乳剂对菜蛾的毒力作用。结果表明:48 h后,去甲斑蝥素与毒死蜱的LC50值分别为93.97、528.69 mg/L,去甲斑蝥素的击倒力较高,去甲斑蝥素与毒死蜱分别以1:5、1:2.5、1:1.25混配后,48 h的共毒系数为186.75、181.72、166.49,均表现为增效作用。在微乳剂中加入2%、5%的有机硅后,毒力分别提高至原来的1.32、1.68倍。去甲斑蝥素与毒死蜱混配,48 h后呈现出增效作用,将去甲斑蝥素加工成微乳剂后,对菜蛾的毒力作用明显增强,向微乳剂中添加一定量的有机硅后,对菜蛾的毒力明显增强。

Abstract:Norcantharidin showed obvious pesticide activity, researching the synergistic insecticidal activities was conducive to the development and utilization of the material. After mixing the chlopyrifos with norcantharidin and developing the 5% microemulsion of norcantharidin, the toxicological effect of two single pesticide and their mixtures and the 5% microemulsion of norcantharidin were tested by leaf dipping method. The results showed that the knockdown force of norcantharidin was higher than that of chlorpyrifos when tested individually: with LC50 values of norcantharidin and chlorpyrifos were 93.97 and 528.69 mg/L respectively after 48 h, the two pesticide showed an enhanced toxicity when the ratio of norcantharidin and chlopyrifos was 1:5, 1:2.5 and 1:1.25, the co-toxicity coefficient reached to 186.75, 181.72, 166.49(48 h). After adding 2%, 5% silicone to the microemulsion, the toxicity increased to 1.32 times and 1.68 times respectively. The mixture of norcantharidin and chlorpyrifos showed a certain degree synergistic interaction after 48 h. After processed the norcantharidin into microemulsion formulation, the toxicity increased obviously. After added certain quantity of silicone to the microemulsion, the toxicity increased also.
