果蔗与斑茅、割手密种间杂交后代的鉴定

摘    要:利用形态学、同工酶和RAPD、ISSR分子标记对甘蔗种间杂种进行鉴定,结果表明48号和49号杂种是真杂种,所获杂种都偏向一亲本性状,同时又兼具另一亲本的有利基因,可作为甘蔗育种的优良亲本。分子标记所用的引物S260和W835可一次性准确鉴定甘蔗杂种及其亲本,杂种都显示出双亲的特征谱带,而且ISSR又比RAPD检测到更多的遗传多态性。

Abstract:Sugarcane inter-species hybrids were identified by using the morphology, isozyme and RAPD, ISSR molecular mark. The results indicated that 48 and 49 hybrids were the real hybrids, the hybrid all to be partial to a parent character, simultaneously had another parent advantageous gene. They may take the fine parent for the sugarcane breeding. Primer S260 and W835 could accurately examine sugarcane hybrid and its parents. The hybrid showed parents'' characteristic spectrum, moreover ISSR compared to RAPD could examine more heredity polymorph.
