腐殖酸对烤烟生长的影响研究 |

摘 要: | 通过营养液水培试验,研究了0、20、40、60、80、100mg/kg腐殖酸对烤烟根生物量、茎叶生物量及根系活力的影响。试验研究表明:10d、20d、30d测定,腐殖酸浓度在20 ̄60mg/kg内随着腐殖酸浓度的增加,水培烤烟根鲜重、干重及根系活力,茎叶的鲜重、干重随之增加,60mg/kg时各项指标达到最高,能促进烟株早发快长。当腐殖酸浓度大于60mg/kg时,水培烤烟根鲜重、干重及根系活力,茎叶的鲜重、干重随着腐殖酸浓度的增加而降低,烟株生长受到抑制。

Effects of Humic Acid on Growth of Flue-cured Tobacco |

Abstract: | To make certain of the promoted action of humic acid on the growth of flue-cured tobacco, the influence of 0, 20, 40, 60, 80, 100mg/kg humic acid on root biomass, stem-leaf biomass and root system vigour of flue-cured tobacco were studied in this paper by nutrient solution-water planting test. The result indicated that 10d, 20d, 30d after incubation, the root fresh weight, root dry weight, root system vigour, stem-leaf fresh weight and stem-leaf dry weight of water planting tobacco increased with the humic acid concentration raising within 20~60 mg/kg. The 60mg/kg concentration humic acid, which was the concentration of the highest volume for each aforementioned index, can promote the growth of tobacco plant. At the condition of above 60mg/kg concentration humic acid, the root fresh weight, root dry weight, root system vigour, stem-leaf fresh weight and stem-leaf dry weight of water planting tobacco decreased with the humic acid concentration rise, then the growth of tobacco was inhibited. |
