两种烤房对烤烟烟叶化学成分和物理性状的影响

摘    要:对两种烤房条件下的烤后烟叶进行常规化学成分和物理性状分析,结果表明:(1)在密集烤房烘烤的烟叶整体质量优于气流上升式烤房烘烤的烟叶,其总糖,还原糖,钾含量高于气流上升式烤房烘烤的烟叶,而总氮,烟碱含量低于在气流上升式烤房烘烤的烟叶;(2)密集烤房烘烤的烟叶的拉力、抗张强度、平衡含水率、填充值大于气流上升式烤房烘烤的烟叶,而厚度和叶质重则小于气流上升式烤房烘烤的烟叶。

Effects of Two Types of Flue-curing Barns on Chemical Components and Physical Properties of Flue-cured Tobacco Leaves

Abstract:Physical properties and chemical components of tobacco leaves cured in two types of flue-curing barns were studied. Results showed: (1) Generally speaking, quality of tobacco leaves cured in bulk-curing barn was superior to the quality of tobacco leaves cured in up-draft barn. The contents of chemical components such as the total sugar, reduced sugar and K of tobacco leaves cured in bulk-curing barn were higher than those of tobacco leaves cured in up-draft barn. The content of total nitrogen and nicotine of tobacco leaves cured in bulk-curing barn were lower. (2)Tensile strength, equilibrium moisture content, filling value of tobacco leaves cured in bulk-curing barn were higher than those of tobacco leaves cured in up-draft barn. Thickness and density of leaf fabric of tobacco leaves cured in bulk-curing barn were less.
