摘 要: | 依据国内外现代化葡萄酒加工的生产技术,吸取国外产地葡萄酒堡先进经验,结合我国国情,总结研制出适于产地推广应用的葡萄酒堡系列技术。明确了葡萄酒堡划分标准、建筑结构、设备参数、应用技术及投资分析。
