光合细菌-根瘤菌最佳施用配比的研究

摘    要:利用光合细菌与大豆根瘤菌混合菌液处理的大豆,其固氮活性的生理生化指标较它们的纯培养物均有显著提高,说明光合细菌与大豆根瘤菌的固氮活性具有协同作用。主要对光合细菌与根瘤菌协同效应进行研究,包括不同比例的光合细菌与根瘤菌混合施用对大豆根系活力、叶片叶绿素含量和生物学特性的影响。结果证实:光合细菌与根瘤菌混合施用比例不同对大豆根系活力、叶片叶绿素含量和生物学特性提高程度也有所不同。从经济效益等多方面考虑,初步认为光合细菌与根瘤菌施用比例为2:1比较适合。

Study of the Best Mixture Proportion with Photosynthesis Bacterium- Soybean Nodule Bacterium

Abstract:The photosynthesis bacterium and soybean nodule bacterium mixture medium''s nitrogen fixation activeness has the remarkable enhancement with theirs pure growth comparison, explained the photosynthesis bacterium and soybean nodule bacterium nitrogen fixation activeness has the synergism. This article mainly conducts the preliminary study to the photosynthesis bacterium and the nodule bacterium coordination nitrogen fixation, including to different proportion photosynthesis bacterium and nodule bacterium mix employ to soybean root system vigor and leaf blade chlorophyll content influence .Results show that the photosynthesis bacterium and the nodule bacterium employ together when is more obvious than the sole employment nodule bacterium. Considering all kinds of elements,2:1 of photosynthesis bacterium and soybean nodule bacterium mixture proportion is more fit.
