| 摘 要： | 笔者实验分别建立了用于检测猪传染性胃肠炎病毒及猪轮状病毒的RT-PCR方法,通过该方法对52份疑似病料进行了检测,以调查猪群中猪传染性胃肠炎病毒和猪轮状病毒混合感染情况。实验结果表明,17份样品表现为猪传染性胃肠炎病毒与猪轮状病毒混合感染,占样品总数的28.8%。

| Abstract: | In the study , the RT-PCR methods was set up for detecting TGEV and PRV. With the established methods ,52clinical samples from Heilongjiang province were tested for the presence of TGEV and PRV. The results showed that the percentage of co-infections of TGEV and PRV was 28.8%(17/52). |
