杂交水稻结实率和充实度的化学调控

摘    要:杂交水稻弱势粒的库活性较低,导致其结实率和充实度都比较低,有机物运转率也较低,影响了其产量的进一步提高。为了提高杂交水稻弱势粒的结实率和充实度,于水稻抽穗期以喷水为对照,喷施DCPTA和玉米素等植物生长调节剂和植物激素,成熟期考察其对产量和强弱势粒的结实率和充实度的影响,结果表明:喷施DCPTA和玉米素能显著提高杂交水稻二优培九的产量,其原因是提高了弱势粒的结实率和充实度,对强势粒的结实率和充实度无显著影响。

Chemical Regulation of the Setting Percentage and Filling Rate of Hybrid rice

Abstract:The lower sink (grains) activity of inferior grains of hybrid rice causes lower setting percentage, grains-filling rate and transportation rate of organic substance, and greatly restrict rice yield raising further. In order to enhance the setting percentage and grains-filling rate of inferior grains, taking spray of water as control, apply DCPTA, zeatin and two other plant hormones at heading stage, and examine its effect on yield, setting percentage and grains-filling rate of superior and inferior grains at autumn. The results indicated that application of DCPTA and zeatin could significantly increase the yield of hybrid rice liangyoupeijiu. The reason was that it could increase the setting percentage and grains-filling rate of inferior grains, whereas it has not significant effect on superior grains.
