摘    要:为了优化酶法辅助提取边麻菇多糖工艺条件,通过单因素试验,研究液固比、酶解时间、pH值和酶复合剂用量对多糖得率的影响,并在此基础上采用响应面法优化提取条件。结果表明:液固比21,酶解时间62 min,pH值5,酶复合剂质量分数1.65%,3次重复验证试验平均多糖得率为(10.96±0.12)%;优化的酶法提取边麻菇多糖的工艺简便易行,可作为边麻菇多糖的提取工艺。

Abstract:Abstract: In order to optimize the conditions of enzyme-assisted extraction of polysaccharides from Lyophyllum decastes , the effects of liquid-solid ratio, enzymatic hydrolysis time, pH value and an enzymecomplex dosage on the yield of polysaccharides were investigated by single factor experiments. On this basis, response surface methodology was used to optimize the extraction conditions. The results showed that the ratio of liquid to solid was 21, the enzymatic hydrolysis time was 62 min, pH=5, the mass fraction of enzymecomplex was 1.65%, and the average yield of polysaccharide was (10.96±0.12)% after three replicates. The optimized enzymatic extraction process was simple and feasible, which could be used as the extraction process of polysaccharide from the Lyophyllum decastes.
