摘    要:肥桃Prunus persica ‘Feicheng’是我国独特的桃品种,肥桃流胶病近年来发生严重,对肥桃产业造成了重大损失。为探究肥桃流胶病病原,2016—2018年通过对山东肥城5个主要肥桃产区不同季节125个典型病斑进行分离培养和鉴定,并经病原菌的培养学、形态学、ITS序列及致病性测定,认为肥桃流胶病主要由Botryosphaeria dothidea和Fusarium lateritium两种病菌引起,为肥桃流胶病病原的首次系统鉴定。

Pathogen identification of Feicheng peach gummosis disease

Abstract:Feicheng peach is an unique peach variety in China,Feicheng peach gummosis is one of the main diseases and has caused serious damage in peach production.In order to explore the pathogen of peach gummosis,provide a basis for the scientific prevention and control of peach gummosis,125 typical disease spot specimen were isolated and cultured in different seasons of the five main peach producing areas in Feicheng from 2016 to 2018.Culture and morphological characteristics and rDNA-ITS sequence analysis and pathogenicity test were used to identify the pathogen.The result showed that Botryosphaeria dothidea and Fusarium lateritium were main pathogen.This is the first systematic pathogen identification of peach gummosis.
