日粮不同锌水平对AA肉鸡生长性能和屠宰性能的影响

摘    要:为研究日粮锌添加水平对AA肉鸡生长性能和屠宰性能的影响,本试验选用硫酸锌作为锌源,采用单因素随机区组设计方法,把试验鸡分为四组,其中Ⅰ组为对照组,Ⅱ~Ⅳ组在基础日粮中分别添加锌水平为30、60、90 mg/kg,分别检测AA肉鸡的生长性能和屠宰性能指标。结果表明:第Ⅲ组的日增重、屠宰率、半净膛率和全净膛率最高,22~42 d的日增重比Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组和Ⅳ组分别提高8.25%、5.21%和2.44%(P <0.05),屠宰率比Ⅰ组提高1.83%(P <0.05)。AA肉鸡日粮中锌的添加量为60 mg/kg,能最大限度地发挥肉鸡的生产性能。

Abstract:In order to study the effect of different zinc levels in diet on the growth performance and slaughter performance of AA broilers.In this experiment, zinc sulfate was used as zinc source, and the chickens were divided into four groups by single-factor random group design. Group Ⅰ was the control group.Groups Ⅱ ~ Ⅳ was supplemented with zinc levels of 30,60 mg/kg and 90 mg/kg in the basic diet,respectively. The growth performance and slaughter performance of AA broilers were tested. The results showed that the daily gain, slaughter rate, half-eviscerated rate and eviscerated rate of broilers were the highest when zinc was added to 60 mg/kg. At the age of 22 ~ 42 days,the daily gain of the group Ⅲ was8.25%, 5.21% and 2.44% higher than that of group Ⅰ, group Ⅱ and group Ⅳ(P < 0.05), and the slaughter rate was 1.83% higher than that of the group Ⅰ(P < 0.05).The best zinc content in AA broiler diet was 60 mg/kg, which could maximize the production performance of AA broilers.
