| 摘 要： | 企业在竞争市场占有优势的根本路径在于提高核心竞争力,拓展利润空间,在行业竞争中谋求生存和发展。当前我国饲料工业发展遭遇的困境在于存在传统农业养殖模式,导致养殖户在使用饲料产品时信息不对称,影响饲料产业和养殖产业的效益提升。基于此,饲料企业应积极整合生产和经营优势,提高产品附加值,完善企业价值链,将企业、经销商、职工和养殖户等整体纳入到价值链中,并基于价值链分析法实现对企业发展战略的创新管理。本文主要分析了价值链分析法在企业战略管理中的优势,并基于饲料企业的管理特点,探讨价值链分析法在饲料企业战略管理中的具体应用路径。

| Abstract: | The fundamental path for enterprises to have an advantage in the competitive market lies in expanding their competitive advantage and seeking survival and development in the competition of the industry.At present,the predicament of the development of feed industry in China lies in the existence of traditional agricultural breeding mode,which leads to the asymmetric information obtained by farmers when using feed products,which affects the efficiency of feed industry and breeding industry.Based on this,feed enterprises should actively integrate the advantages of production and operation,improve the added value of products,perfect the enterprise value chain,let enterprises,dealers,workers and farmers into the value chain as a whole,and realize the innovative management of enterprise development strategy based on value chain analysis.This is This paper mainly analyzes the advantages of value chain analysis in enterprise strategic management,and discusses the specific application path of value chain analysis in strategic management of feed enterprises based on the management characteristics of feed enterprises. |
