摘    要:黄曲霉毒素B1(AFB1)和呕吐毒素(DON)是由寄生曲霉、黄曲霉、镰刀菌等产生的次级代谢产物,广泛存在于受污染的饲料及其原料中,不仅给农业经济造成重大损失,也给动物的健康带来严重威胁。传统脱除AFB1和DON方法主要有物理法和化学法,但上述两种方法都具有局限性,而利用微生物脱毒方法安全、高效,绿色环保已成为目前研究的热点,且展现出良好的应用前景。文章对AFB1和DON的特点、危害和致毒机制以及生物脱毒方面的研究进展进行阐述。

Abstract:Aflatoxin B1(AFB1)and deoxynivalenol(DON)are secondary metabolites produced by Aspergillus par asiticus,Aspergillus flavus,Fusarium,etc.,which are widely found in contaminated feedstocks and feeds,not only caus ing significant impact on the agricultural economy.Losses also pose a potential threat to animal health.Traditional methods for removing AFB1 and DON mainly include physical methods and chemical methods,but the above two meth ods have limitations.The use of microbial detoxification methods is safe and efficient,and green environmental protec tion has become a hot research topic and shows good application prospect.The characteristics of AFB1 and DON,the harm and virulence mechanism as well as the research progress of biological detoxification were described.
