| 摘 要： | 为提高口岸应对突发公共卫生事件的能力,研发了基于WebGIS的国境口岸症状监测综合管理信息系统,系统利用富互联网应用程序和mashup技术将国境口岸的疾病监测信息集成在Google Map中,实现WebGIS在突发公共卫生事件应急处理中的应用.该系统包括3个主要功能模块:即资料库管理、基础信息、预警管理,实现了疫情汇总、分析、评估和预警,并对事件进行精确的时间和空间定位,有利于国境口岸检验检疫部门采取有效的针对性应对措施,使有限的资源得到更为合理的配置,为国境口岸突发公共卫生事件危机管理提供决策依据.
