摘    要:改革开放以来,河北省谷子种植面积不断减少,种植区域也从全省大面积种植变迁到区域性种植,面积减少和变迁均非常明显。为了研究谷子面积减少和区域变迁情况,通过图表分析、总结归纳、德尔菲法和密切值模型等定性和定量分析方法,研究河北省谷子种植区域变迁的影响因素。结果表明,科研投入少、政策支持力度小、消费产品需求单一、其他大宗作物的快速发展、劳动力外流、比较效益较低、谷子本身的生理特性等因素是影响谷子种植区域变迁的因素。进而提出加大科研支持力度,壮大科研力量,研发深加工产品,扩大消费群体,提高谷子政策支持,实行良种补贴,研发各种类型机械,加大谷子生产技术培训等建议。

Analysis the Influencing Factor of Foxtail Millet Planting Area Changes in Hebei Province
Abstract:

Since reforming and opening, the Hebei Province foxtail millet planting area is constantly reduce, foxtail millet planting regional changes from the province of large area planted to the current regional planting, area reduction and regional change are very obvious. In this paper, in order to researching foxtail millet area reduction and regional change situation, through chart analysis, summarized and osculating value model of qualitative and quantitative analysis of millet growing region of Hebei Province changes. Conclusion showed that, less investment in research and policy support, a single consumer product demand, the rapid development of other staple crops, labor migration, relatively less effective and physiological characteristics of the millet itself, this factor effect foxtail millet regional change. Then put forward the suggestion that increased research support, strengthen the scientific research strength, R & D deep processing products and expand consumer groups, improve the millet policy support, thoroughbred allowance, developing a variety of types of machinery, increase the millet production technology training.
