| 摘 要： | 本试验采用初步选育成的蛋鸡二系配套新品系（SK），测定了父系（S）和母系（K）的性能特征及杂交配套效果．对F1代与亲代的性能差异及其主要生产性能的杂交优势进行了分析。结果表明，配套系具各现代家禽品系的特征特性，配套系和商品鸡生产性能优良．亲本品系间遗传差异显著，商品代产蛋性能极显著高于亲代。基因效应分析表明，产蛋性能存在显著或极显著加性效应和显性效应，二系配套具有明显的杂交优势。

| Abstract: | The performances and compounding effects in crossbreeding of thepaternal line (S) and the materual line (K) were measured using the newstrain(SK) preliminarily compounded with two layer lines. The productivity differencebetween the first filial-generation and the maintrtits were analyzed. The resultsindicate that the compounded strain has the properties and claracteristics ofmodern poultry lines. The performance of the liues and the desired target ofthis study have been already reached or over-reacted. The genetic differencebetween the parent strains is significant. The egg-laying performance of thecommercial flock is extremely significantly higher than that of the parentgeneration. The analysis of gene effect indicates that there are significant orextremely significant additive and dominant effects in egg-laying performanceand obvious hybrid vigor in the compounding of two strains. |
