基于模糊层次分析法的学科馆员服务质量评价

摘    要:根据高校学科馆员的服务质量具有多维性、模糊性的特点,以及目前评价方法存在的不足,构建起一个学科馆员服务质量评价指标层次结构模型。将模糊层次分析法(FAHP)和模糊综合评价两种方法结合起来,对学科馆员的服务质量进行定量的多因素综合评价,并结合实例说明了该方法的应用。

Abstract:For the subject librarian service quality in college have general qualities of multi - dimension, uncertainty and there is a lack of prevalent evaluation methods ,this paper proposes a hierarchy model of evaluation factors in the service quality and combines fuzzy analytical hierarchy process (FAHP)with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to realize quantitative evaluation for the subject librarian service quality in college, and its application is shown through a calculation case finally.
