| 摘 要： | 介绍了狂犬病病毒的流行特点、基因型和检测方法 ,综述了狂犬病病毒核蛋白和糖蛋白基因的研究进展 ,并简要概述了我国学者对狂犬病病毒N基因和G基因的序列分析比较结果 ,表明我国狂犬病病毒的街毒存在着地域差异。

| Abstract: | The result of sequence analysis of the rabies virus N and G gene , which was expounded in this article, showed patterns of geographic distribution of wild strains of rabies virus variant circulating in China. Therefore these results can serve as a method for the better understanding of the molecular epidemiology of rabies in China. |
