糠醛渣与蛭石混合基质对马铃薯试管苗生长发育的影响

摘    要:试验观察了不同配比的蛭石粉、糠醛渣混合基质对马铃薯试管苗生长发育的影响。结果表明,蛭石粉和糠醛渣配比为25∶1时,马铃薯试管苗根长比对照增加0.9 cm,匍匐茎数比对照增加1.0个,匍匐茎膨大数相对优于其它处理,最有利于微型薯地下部的生长发育。

Abstract:The experiment researches into the influence of the different proportion of furfural residue and vermiculite mixture as cultivation matrix on potato minituber.The results showed that compared with CK,vermiculite(25∶1) makes roor length increase by 0.9 cm and makes stolons number increase by one,so it is the most useful way for the development of potato minituber.
