| 摘 要： | 采用多重PCR和ELISA 2种方法分别对兰州百合中的主要病毒进行检测,以调查田间发病率,对比筛选病毒检测最优的方法.结果表明:通过多重PCR,从带有黄瓜花叶病毒、百合无症病毒和百合斑驳病毒的样品中同时扩增出3条与试验设计大小相符的特异条带.ELLSA检测表明,兰州百合病情含量随种植年限的增加而增加,3年生＞2年生＞1... |

| Abstract: | Multiplex PCR and ELISA were used to detect the main virus of Lanzhou lily in order to investigate the incidence in field,and to compare the two methods.The results showed that multiplex PCR amplified simultaneously three specific bands from samples with CMV,LSV and TBV through optimization of amplification conditions.ELISA indicated that the incidence in field increased along with the years of growth,3 years growth>2 years growth>1 year growth.The virus-free rate of plantlet enhanced along with the generation of tissue culture.The correlation of ELISA to multiplex PCR was more than 90%,and multiplex PCR had a higher specificity and sensitivity |
