PEG胁迫对胡麻种子萌发的影响

摘    要:采用不同PEG浓度对胡麻品种陇亚8号的种子萌发进行胁迫,结果表明,当PEG浓度为16%时,胡麻的发芽势、发芽率及根鲜重受到的伤害不显著,对苗鲜重的伤害达显著水平;当PEG浓度为20%以上时,发芽势、发芽率、苗鲜重及根鲜重受到的伤害均达显著水平.

Abstract:The different concentration of polyethylene glycol(PEG) stress on flax seed germination was studied.The results showed that the germination,germination rate and root fresh weight of Longya 8 injury was not significant when the PEG concentration is 16%,the germination potential,germination rate,seedling fresh weight and root fresh weight of harm reached a significant level,when the PEG concentration of 20%,therefore,to determine the 20% PEG stress concentration as flax seed germination appropriate concentration.
