摘    要:本试验旨在研究红曲米酒糟对山羊生长性能及脂质代谢的影响,并以此确定山羊饲粮中红曲米酒糟的适宜添加水平。选取28只体况良好、体重一致的贵州白山羊,按照随机区组设计将其分为4组,每组7个重复,每个重复1只羊。对照组饲喂不含红曲米酒糟的基础饲粮,试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组、试验Ⅲ组分别饲喂含10%、20%和30%红曲米酒糟的试验饲粮。试验持续38 d,包括预试期10 d,正试期28 d。结果显示:各组山羊的干物质采食量(DMI)、末重(FW)、平均净增重(ANG)、平均日增重(ADG)和料重比(F/G)差异均不显著(P>0.05),但从数值上看,以试验Ⅰ组的生长性能最佳。试验Ⅲ组血浆甘油三酯(TG)含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验Ⅱ组与试验Ⅲ组血浆总胆固醇(TC)含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);血浆低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)及高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)含量各组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。综上可知,在本试验条件下,饲粮中添加一定量(10%~30%)的红曲米酒糟对山羊的生长性能没有负面影响,并能有效改善脂质代谢状况,综合来看,以红曲米酒糟添加量为10%时饲喂效果最佳。

Abstract:The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of red yeast rice distillers’grains(RYRDG)on growth performance and lipid metabolism of goats,and to determine the appropriate addition level of RYRDG in goat’s diet.Twenty-eight Guizhou white goats were divided into 4 groups with 7 replicates of 1 goat individually according to randomized block design.Goats in control group were fed a basal diet without RYRDG,while goats in trial groupsⅠ,ⅡandⅢwere fed experimental diets containing 10%,20%and 30%RYRDG,respectively.Experimental duration is consisted of 10-d pre-feeding period and 28-d trial period.The results showed that there were no significant differences in dry matter intake(DMI),final weight(FW),average net gain(ANG),average daily gain(ADG)and feed/gain(F/G)among all groups(P>0.05),but trial groupⅠshowed the best growth performance from the numerical results.The trial plasma triglyceride(TG)content of the trial groupⅢwas significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the plasma total cholesterol(TC)content of the trial groupsⅡandⅢwas significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05);there were no significant differences in plasma low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)contents(P>0.05).In conclusion,adding a certain amount(10%to 30%)of RYRDG into diets has no negative impact on the growth performance of goats,and can effectively improve the lipid metabolism.It is suggested that appropriate level of 10%is beneficial to growth performance and can improve blood lipid metabolites indexes,and therefore,can be applied in the practice.Taken together,the appropriate addition level of RYRDG in goat’s diet is 10%.
