| 摘 要： | 长城塬是宁夏回族自治区彭阳县最大的黄土残塬,总面积0.20万hm2,未实施引水工程前,当地水源奇缺,素有"十年九旱、种在地、收在天"之说,群众广种薄收,年年都在温饱线上徘徊挣扎。通过塬区引水项目的启动实施,如今塬区汩汩清水长流,庄稼收获不再靠天,旧貌已换新颜,实现了路宽、塬平、水清、山绿,农民人均纯收入逐年稳步提升。但项目区面对新的发展要求,也存在与科学发展、持续发展不协调的因素,值得引起我们的关注。

| Abstract: | Changchengyuan is the largest loess plateau with the total area of 0.2 万 hm2. Before the implementation of di-version work for irrigation, the local irrigation water source scarcity has been called the "nine decades drought, species of the ground to close at day". The masses of extensive cultivation ever year around struggling in the food and clothing on-line. Through the platear area to start the implementation of water projects, now water of the lossic yuan region pure water flows. The per capita net income of farmers increase steadily. However, the project area face of the new development re-quirements, but also the existence of scientific development and sustainable development of non-conforming element, it is worth our attention. |
