摘    要:嫁接技术已被广泛应用于农林业领域的扩繁、新品种选育、品种改良、“老树复幼”等方面,其嫁接水平也从宏观逐渐发展至微观时代,对嫁接机制的研究目前已取得阶段性成果。本文综述了近年来国内外有关嫁接技术机理方面的研究进展情况,并对存在问题和发展前景进行讨论,以期为下一步的研究工作提供参考。

Abstract:Plant grafting is widely applied in breeding of the new variety, improved varieties, rejuvenation of mature trees and so on. Level of grafting was a development from the macro to the micro, and mechanism of grafting has been phased results. The development history of grafting at home and abroad was brief reviewed, and research progress of grafting mechanism in recent years was focused reviewed. Finally, the existing problems and development prospects were discussed.
