摘    要:以麝香百合组培苗为试材,研究了外源抗坏血酸对百合组培苗高温胁迫的缓解效应。结果表明,42℃高温胁迫下,外源提高麝香百合组培苗抗氧化酶活性,降低电导率和丙二醛含量,增加植物体内抗坏血酸含量。这说明抗坏血酸能提高保护酶活性,减轻膜脂过氧化程度,对百合高温胁迫具有缓解效应。

Abstract:Mitigative effect of ascorbic acid (ASA) on high temperature stress of lily tissue culture plantlets was studied under 42 ℃. The results showed that treated with ASA, the activity of antioxidant enzymes (SOD, POD, CAT) and ASA contents increased, the leakage of electrolyte and MDA contents decreased. It is concluded that ASA treatment could enhance the thermotolerance of lily tissue cultured plantlets.
