摘    要:目的]研究堆肥中微生物群落的动态以揭示整个堆肥过程中的物质转化规律、腐熟度进程。方法]通过两次自然堆肥试验,采用平板培养计数法对自然堆肥过程中微生物区系的动态变化进行了研究。结果]结果表明,在自然堆肥过程中微生物的生长受温度影响很大,随着温度变化微生物在数量上遵循高一低一高的变化规律。在整个堆肥过程中细菌在数量始终占优势地位,放线菌次之,霉菌数量最少。结论]在堆肥的起始期、高温期、降温期可以补充适合的微生物菌种来达到提温、维持高温、分解纤维素从而达到加速堆肥进程缩短堆肥周期的目的。
