杜仲不同部位绿原酸含量的比较

摘    要:采用超声技术提取杜仲叶和皮中的绿原酸,并建立了HPLC-PAD法测定绿原酸的含量。结果表明,杜仲叶的绿原酸含量均高于杜仲皮。该方法简便、准确,线性范围宽,可用于评价含绿原酸成分的药材质量。

Abstract:Ultrasonic technology was used to extract chlorogenic acid from the leaves and barks of Eucommia ulmoides Oliv.and establish HPLC-PAD method for determining the content of chlorogenic acid.The result showed that the content of chlorogenic acid in the leaves of E.ulmoides was higher than that in the barks.The method was simple and accurate with wide linear range and could be used to evaluate the quality of medicinal materials that contained chlorogenic acid.
