| 摘 要： | 本研究以PCR方法成功扩增并克隆到BM－1株PPV结构蛋白的VP2基因的上、下游片段。通过VP2基因的序列测定，发现我国BM－1 PPV VP2基因序列与国外发表的序列（NADL－2、Kresse)的有一定差异。

| Abstract: | Porcine parvovirus (PPV) BM-1 strain Vp2 gene was amplified by polyme rase chain reaction with two pair of primers and two fragments. The sequences we re determined after these fragments being cloned by pGEM T vector. It was shown that the BM-1 strain PPV VP2 was different from NADL-2 in sequence analysis. |
