| 摘 要： | 农业机械化为农业和国民经济发展提供支撑和保障,是新农村现代化的重要标志.农业机械化对人类社会进步起着巨大推动作用,客观地反映了农业机械化在人类社会发展中的重要地位.在新农村建设中,在发展农业规模经营中,农业机械化具有不可替代的作用,没有农业的现代化,就不可能有整个国民经济的现代化.因此发展农业机械化,是促进新农村建设的重要途径.通过对皖西地区农业机械发展历程的梳理,归纳和总结成功经验,探讨中存在的问题,并提出了相应的农机发展对策.

| Abstract: | Agricultural mechanization, which supports and guarantees agricultural and national economic development, is a significant symbol of modernization of new countryside. It greatly promotes our social progress and objectively reflects its very important role in the development of our society. In the construction of new countryside and development of agricultural scale operations, agricultural mechanization is really in- dispensable. ＂Without agricultural modernization, we can＇ t realize the overall national modernization. ＂ Therefore, developing agricultural mechanization is an important way of promoting construction of new countryside. Through reviewing the development course of agricultural mechanization in Wanxi area, the experiences were summarized, the existing problems were discussed, and corresponding were put forward. |
