| 摘 要： | 以10年生沙田柚结果树为材料，应用免疫胶体金标记抗体技术检测沙田柚（Citrus grandis var．Shatinyu Hort）自花授粉后3d、1／2花柱中花粉管S1-RNase免疫胶体金颗粒的定位分布。结果表明，在自交花粉管的内质网、细胞质和细胞纤维壁上有胶体金颗粒分布，而对照的内质网、细胞质和细胞纤维壁上均未发现有胶体金颗粒分布。因此，自交花粉管中S1-RNase分别定位于内质网、细胞质和细胞纤维壁上，该结果为沙田柚自交不亲和机理研究提供了参考依据。
