| 摘 要： | 广西区为了寻找一种解决岩溶地区人畜饮水困难和作物灌溉的有效方法，对1949年以来为找水采取的各种方法的效果进行了全面比较，最终认为，小水柜，小水池，小水窖雨水集蓄利用工程是使贫困山区脱贫致富的好方法，同时，指出了该技术存在的主要问题，并对今后的发展提出了建议。

| Abstract: | The Guangxi Autonomous Region focuses on to find an effective method to solve the difficult problem of human livestock drinking water and crop irrigation, the effects of various methods, which were adopted since 1949, are compared each other from all their aspects. Finally, the rainfall water collection storage utilization projects of small water tanks, small water ponds and small underground water tunks, are good methods for shaking off poverty to get rich in the poverty mountainous areas. Meanwlile, the key problems existing in this technique are pointed out, and some proposals for developing this technique in the coming days are proposed. |
