葡萄丛枝菌根的发育及其与土壤有效磷的关系

摘    要:以田间栽培的6个葡萄品种(矢福罗莎、维多利亚、红宝石无核、红霞、藤稔、早熟红无核)为试材,观察根系丛枝菌根的发育状况及其与土壤有效磷的关系。结果表明,6个葡萄品种中以藤稔的菌根侵染状况和结构发育状况较好,维多利亚的较差。丛枝菌根的结构发育在<0.4 mm和>2.0 mm粗度根段上较差,在0.4~0.8 mm、0.8~1.2 mm、1.6~2.0 mm根段粗度上分别观察到侵入点、丛枝数和泡囊数最高。葡萄丛枝菌根的发育与根际土壤有效磷没有表现显著相关关系。

Abstract:Experiment was conducted in field with 6 grape cultivars including Yatomi Rosa,Victoria,Flame Seedless,Red Glow,Fujiminori and Ruby for studying the arbuscular mucorrhizal status and analyzing the correlation between available soil P and arbuscular mycorrhizae.The results showed that in these 6 grape cultivars,Fujiminori cultivar expressed better mycorrhizal colonization and structure development but Victoria cultivar had worse development.Mycorrhizal structure developed less on the root thickness of <0.4 t...
