| 摘 要： | 指出了循环经济是一种处于发展完善阶段的新型经济发展模式,以实现经济收益和社会收益的双赢为目标,放弃单纯以经济收益为目标,而不是以破坏环境最终发展难以为继的发展模式。以煤炭企业为研究对象,以循环经济理论为理论基础,综合运用生态经济理论、企业生态学理论、可持续发展理论,PEST分析,结合淮南当地支柱产业实证分析,探讨了大型煤炭生产企业循环经济发展模式。

| Abstract: | Circular economy is a new development model to realize harmonious and sustainable development of social,economic and ecological environment, which is in gradually developing and perfecting stage. Therefore, there are many problems to be solved from theoretical and practical aspects, Based on the circulation economic theory and combining with ecological economy theory, enterprise ecology theory,sustainable development theory, PEST analysis, and analysis of Huainan local pillar industries, this article discusses the development model of circular economy of large--scale coal enterprises. The internal support systems of developing circulating economy include the enterprise internal management system, marketing system, technology guarantees system, logistic guarantee system, and information security system, etc. The external support systems contain the policy guidance, economic policy, scientific support and legal system. The purpose is to promote enterprise development of circular economy and sustainable development. |
