基于HSV空间的微米木纤维直径检测算法

摘    要:为了实现生产中微米木纤维直径智能检测,结合先进的数字图像处理技术,并改进传统纤维分段测量法,研究了一种基于目标提取与最大内切圆的纤维直径检测算法.该算法对木纤维显微图像进行基于HSV空间的目标提取,分析木纤维形态并引入用户需求概念,通过改进的分段测量法实现木纤维直径检测.结果表明,采用的算法在木纤维直径检测中,具有良好的适用性,检测精度满足生产要求.

A Measuring Algorithm of Micron Wood Fiber Based on HSV Color Space

Abstract:With the purpose of realizing the intelligent diameter detection of micron wood fibers,a diameter measuring algorithm based on object extraction and maximum inscribed circle was studied,combined advanced digital image processing technology with improved fiber submeasurement algorithm.This algorithm extracts micron wood fibers based on HSV color space; analyses micro wood fiber shapes and introduces the concept of user requirement so as to carry out micron wood fiber diameter detection by means of the improved sub-measurement algorithm.The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm has a good feasibility and meets with demands of producing in the process of micron wood fiber diameter detection.
