| 摘 要： | <正>由于资金具有时间价值,不同时间的不等量资金可以具有相同的价值,因此在工程项目技术经济评价的一个重要指标——投资效果系数中,考虑时间的因素,无疑是十分必要的。任何一个工程基建项目,从资金投入到产生效益总要经过一段时间间隔,这间隔就是投资时滞。如何确定投资时滞,齐建国同志在《投资时滞的计算方法初探》一文中进行有益的探讨,提出了一个简单的计算方法,即:一个基建期为n年的项目,在基建期内的第n年年底建成,第n+1年投产,

| Abstract: | Beyond doubt, it is necessary to take into account factor of time in the coefficient of investment effects. This article presents the formula of investment time lag computation deduced by using the computation formula of compound rate according to the principle that unequal capital at different times has the equal value. And on this basis approximately the same conclusion as that of Mr. Qi's formula was arrived at when the rate of interest is very small.Thus, in a sense, the economic significance of Mr. Qi's formula has been completly explained. |
