摘    要:研究了3个月内试验鱼塘中水、藻类、底泥、鱼类(鲫鱼和鲢鱼)组成的生态系统中Cu、Pb的迁移转化、积累特征。结果表明,重金属喷施入水后,鱼塘水体对Cu、Pb均具有明显的自净能力;相应地藻类中的Cu、Pb的变化也呈下降趋势;而底泥中Pb、Cu的含量呈逐渐升高。鲫鱼和鲢鱼相同器官组织对Cu、Pb的吸收积累存在着差异。由底泥、水体、藻类和鱼类组成的鱼塘生态系统中,重金属可通过沉积、释放、积累、排泄等复杂过程构成其在生态系统内的迁移转化。

Abstract:The characteristics of movement,transformation and accumulation of Cu and Pb in a fishpond ecosystem composed of sediment,water,algae and fish(crucian carp,Carassius auratus and silver carp,Hypophthalmichthys molitrix) were studied for three months.The results showed that the fishpond water absorbed Pb and Cu after the heavy metals were sprayed into the water;Cu and Pb concentrations in algae dropped;and Cu and Pb concentrations increased in the sediment gradually.The accumulation of Cu and Pb in the same tissue was different between crucian carp and silver carp.In the fishpond ecosystem,heavy metals moved and transformed by a complicated process such as aggradation,release,accumulation and excretion.
