| 摘 要： | 在河南省引黄补源区,水资源紧缺的局面依然存在。为保持水资源的可持续利用,只有以供定需,采取节水灌溉的工程措施和非工程措施并举,大面积实施非充分灌溉,才能保持补源区在可持续发展的前提下,使有限的水资源量发挥出最大的经济效益和社会效益,这就是河南省引黄补源区节水灌溉的发展方向。

| Abstract: | The shortage of water resource is still exist in the irrigation region with the Yellow River supplementary in Henan Province. In order to maintain the sustainable development of water resource, the project measures of water-saving irrigation and non-project measures must be adopted. Only by relying on deficit irrigation in large scale, making most use of limited water resource in economy and society, with the premise of sustainable development. And this is the development trend of water-saving irrigation in the irrigation region with the Yellow River supplementary in Henan Province. |
