蓼子朴挥发油化学成分的GC-MS分析

摘    要:目的]对蓼子朴挥发油中的化学成分进行GC-MS分析。方法]采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取蓼子朴中的挥发性成分,并采用GC-MS对所提取的成分进行分析。结果]从蓼子朴挥发油中共鉴定出20种物质。其中主要成分为8-亚异丙基二环4.3.0]-2-壬酮(13.92%)、二乙醇缩乙醛(10.38%)、二乙二醇缩乙二醛(10.30%)、邻丙酰基苯甲酸甲酯(10.08%)、肉豆蔻酸(8.03%)和邻苯二甲酸二乙酯(7.38%)等。结论]该方法准确可靠,可用于蓼子朴挥发油中的化学成分分析。

Abstract:Objective] To analyze the volatile chemical components in Inula salsoloides Ostenf.by GC-MS.Method] The volatile chemical components were firstly extracted by water-steam distillation and then analyzed with GC-MS.Result] Twenty components were extracted and identified from I.Salsoloides,and the main components were 8-isopropylidene-bicyclononan-2-one,(13.92%),1,1-diethoxy-ethane(10.38%),1-(1-ethoxyethoxy)-propane(10.30%),2-(1-oxopropyl)-benzoic acid,methyl ester(10.08%),nutmeg acid(8.03%)and diethyl phthalate(7.38%).Conclusion] The method is accurate,reliable and can be used for analyzing the volatile components in I.Salsoloides.
