摘    要:目的]了解外源物质处理对麻疯树生长及成花的影响。方法]利用不同浓度的乙烯利、多效唑及3种肥料处理麻疯树茎尖。结果]该药物组合可以在一定程度上促进麻疯树成花,其中以乙烯利(600 mg/L)+多效唑(600 mg/L)+肥种(B-Mn)促花效果最好,处理后1个月左右是麻疯树进入生殖生长和营养生长活跃时期,以乙烯利(600)+多效唑(600)+肥种(N)组合处理后产生的新梢数最多。在一定范围内,随着乙烯利浓度增高,新梢数有增加的趋势。结论]各处理组合的叶片增长速度间存在极显著差异,肥种和乙烯利是影响麻疯树叶片增长的主要因子。

Effects of Plant Growth Regulators and Fertilizer Treatments on the Growth and Development of Jatropha Curcas

Abstract:Objective]To understand the effects of foreign matter on flower bud differentiation and nutritive material of Jatropha curcas.Method]Different levels of ETH+MET+fertilizer were sprayed on the stem apex with orthogonal test.Result]Medicine combination could promote floral initiation of Jatropha curcas within a certain extent,of which the ETH(600 mg/L)+ MET(600 mg/L)+ fertilizer(B-Mn) was more significant than others.The tree entered the vegetative stage and reproductive stage in about one month after treatment.The branch sprouted the most numerous buds treated by ETH(600 mg/L)+ MET(600 mg/L)+ fertilizer(N).As the ETH concentration increased,the new shoots increased in number.Conclusion] There was significant difference in average weekly growth rate of leaf,ETH and fertilizer were the major factors affecting the growth rate of leaf.
