高速水稻插秧机分插机构振动特性研究

摘    要:为提高高速水稻插秧机栽插性能,以其分插机构支撑臂为研究对象,对其振动特性进行研究。利用PRO/E软件建立其三维模型,并利用有限元分析软件对其受力和振动模态进行分析,得出其6阶模态分析结果。研究结果表明:通过合理设计支撑臂结构,能够使其固有频率有效避开插植臂周期激励频率和整车频率,为分插机构结构设计和转速性能提高提供理论基础。

Research on Vibration Characteristics of Separate Planting Mechanism of High-speed Rice Transplanter

Abstract:In order to improve the planting performance of high-speed rice transplanter,the vibration characteristics of the supporting arm of its separating-planting mechanism were researched.A three-dimensional model of the supporting arm was built by the PRO/E software,and its stress and vibration mode were also analyzed by the finite element analysis software,and the 6-order mode analysis results were obtained.The study results indicate that the reasonable design on arm structure enable the natural frequency of the arm to effectively avoid the periodic excitation frequency of the implantation arm and the frequency of vehicle,which provides a theoretical basis for the structural design of the separate planting mechanism and improving the performance of the revolving speed.
