摘    要:目的]研究烟叶的燃烧特性,为不同类型烟叶的燃烧性能鉴别提供科学的参考。方法]以同步热分析(STA)技术分析上、中、下部位烟叶的燃烧特性。结果]在不同的氛围和升温速率下,烟叶的燃烧特性指数Sn(烟叶中部)Sn(烟叶下部)Sn(烟叶上部),即在不同氛围和升温速率下中部烟叶的燃烧性能最佳。不论氮气氛围或氮氧混合气氛围下,反应活化能均是E(烟叶上部)E(烟叶下部)E(烟叶中部),烟叶的活化能在氮气氛围下大于氮氧混合气氛围。结论]建立的燃烧特性指数和反应动力学评价方法,能够为不同类型烟叶的鉴别提供有效的途径,且直观简洁。

Study on the Combustion Characteristics of Tobacco

Abstract:Objective] To study the combustion characteristics of tobacco,so as to provide scientific references for identifying the combustion performance of different types of tobacco.Method] The combustion characteristics of upper,middle and lower leaves were analyzed with Simultaneous Thermal Analysis(STA).Result] Under different gas atmosphere and temperature increase rate,the combustion index of tobacco showed as Sn(middle leaves) > Sn(lower leaves)>Sn(upper leaves),which meant that the combustion performance of middle tobacco leaves was the best.The activation energy was in the order of E(upper leaves) > E(lower leaves) > E(middle leaves) under both the nitrogen atmosphere and the mixed nitrogen-oxygen atmosphere,but the activation energy was higher in nitrogen atmosphere than in the mixed nitrogen-oxygen atmosphere.Conclusion] The established method for evaluating the combustion index and reaction kinetics can provide effective channels for identifying different types of tobacco leaves intuitively and simply.
