摘    要:利用环境介质中有机污染物的总量评价其生物有效性,会过高估计其环境风险。Tenax提取有机污染物浓度与其生物有效性之间具有非常好的相关性,因而成为表征环境中有机污染物生物有效性的有效手段之一。介绍了Tenax提取方法的原理和影响因素,综述讨论了其在沉积物、土壤和污泥中有机污染物生物有效性表征方面的研究进展,以期为我国有机污染物的环境风险评价提供参考。

Advance in the Bioavailability of Organic Contaminants Using Tenax Extraction

Abstract:Environmental risks caused by organic contaminants can be overestimated when their total concentrations were used in the assessment.High correlation was found between the bioavailability of organic contaminants and their concentrations in the environment by using Tenax extraction.As a result,Tenax extraction method was widely recognized as one of the efficient approaches to characterize the bioavailability of organic contaminants in the environment.The principle and impact factors of Tenax extraction were introduced and its application in assessment of the bioavailability of organic pollutants in the sediments,soils and sludge were reviewed and discussed in details,so as to provide a reference for the development of organic pollutants risk research in China.
