| 摘 要： | 根据相关统计公报数据,分析了我国农村人力资本投资现状,总结了我国农村人力资本投资存在的问题,提出了我国农村人力资投资的优化对策:一是强化对农村人力资本投资的认识;二是发挥政府在人力资本投资中的主体作用;三是增加农村基础教育投入;四是加大对农民的培训力度;五是增加对农村医疗卫生保健事业的投资。

| Abstract: | According to related data in statistical bulletin,the present status and existing problems of China rural human capital investment were analyzed and summarized,and related strategies were proposed to optimize the investment,firslty,to improve people’s knowledge about rural human capital investment;secondly,to give full play of governmental function in human capital investment;thirdly,to increase the investment in rural basic education;fourthly,to enhance the farmers’ training;fifthly,to improve the investment in rural medical and health care. |
