龙脑樟扦插繁育试验技术研究

摘    要:为了解基质、扦插时间、激素对龙脑樟扦插的影响,对龙脑樟进行不同基质、不同扦插时间、不同激素种类、激素浓度及浸泡时间的扦插试验。结果表明:夏初枝条刚木质化或半木质化时,以黄心土为基质,用100 mg/kg的ABT 1号浸泡插穗1.5 h扦插效果最好,成活率可达87%以上。

Abstract:In order to master the effect of matrix, cutting time and hormone to Cinnamomum camphora chvar. Borneol cuttage, this article did the cuttage experiments for different matrix, cutting time, hormones, hormone concentration and immersion time. The results showed that, the most suitable matrix for C. camphora chvar. borneol cottage was yellow soil, and the best formula was immersing the cuttings with 100 mg/kg ABT 1 for 1.5 hours when the branch was just lignification or semi lignified in early summer. And the survival rate was more than 87%.
