摘    要:以麦冬、北沙参和地黄为对象,用分级离心和逐级浸取方法研究了铅在根、叶的分布及在药用部分的形态。结果表明,根部超过90%及叶部大于80%的铅位于细胞壁上;药用部分中65%以上是活性较低的醋酸和盐酸提取态。实验结果是铅特性及铅在植物体内迁移的表现。

Abstract:The present article reports distribution of lead in roots and leaves of Liriope spacata Lour.,Glehnia littoralis F. Schmidt ex Miq. and Rehmannia glutinosa (Gaertn.) Libosch. F. Hueichingensis (Chao et Schih) Hsiao using gradedcentrifugation, and the chemical form of lead in the medical parts using sequential extraction. It is shown that more than 90% lead in roots and more than 80% in leaves located in cell wall, and over 65% lead in the medical parts canbe extracted by acetic acid and HCl. The results revealed character of lead andits transferring in the plants.
