| 摘 要： | 为探讨碗莲花芽分化的机理，该文以碗莲品种‘锦旗’为试验材料，采用石蜡切片法和酶联免疫吸附法，研究了碗莲的花芽分化进程和相应时期的ABA、IAA、ZR和GA含量的变化规律。结果表明:碗莲的花芽分化可分为花芽分化始期、花萼分化期、花瓣分化期、雄蕊分化期以及雌蕊分化期。在整个花芽分化过程中，所测4种内源激素均表现出明显的动态变化:高浓度的GA有利于花芽分化机制的启动，而低浓度的GA有利于花芽的各个部分的分化；ABA、IAA和ZR的浓度在碗莲的花瓣分化期同时达到最大值。
