兔胚胎发育的渗透体积研究

摘    要:利用显微镜扩散室研究兔胚胎1~16细胞的渗透静止体积和渗透平衡体积,以及他们与胚胎发育的关系。兔的1、2、4、8和16细胞的渗透静止体积分别是0.235、0.211、0.193、0.169和0.148.结果表明,在16细胞以前,随着胚胎的发育,渗透静止体积变小,干物质和结合水的含量不断下降。同时,低温保护剂的浓度增大,渗透平衡体积则变小,更接近于渗透静止体积。乙二醇的渗透能力强于DMSO(二甲基亚砜),在乙二醇溶液中,渗透平衡体积要大于在DMSO中。

Abstract:cell.2-cell.4-cell,8-cell and 16.cell rabbit embryos were collected by superovula-tion. The microscopic diffusion chamber was made to observe and study the osmotic inactive vol-umes and osmotic equilibrium volumes of embryos and their osmotic behaviors with their develop-ment.The osmotic inactive volumes of 1-cell,2-cell,4-cell, 8-cell and 16-cell embryos are 0. 235,0.211,0.193,0.169 and 0.148,respectively.The results show the osmotic inactive volumes become smaller,which means dry substances and bound water in embryos at early stage decrease with their development. When concentrations of protectants increase,the osmotic equilibrium volulnes of em-bryos decrease, more close to osmotic inactive volumes;Glycol has higher permeability than DM-SO.
